Position/Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager- Corporate Liability
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking
Job Purpose:
Create a corporate liability strategy for a particular city/region and execute it. Target top client organisations in the coverage geography and convert them.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Origination of New to Bank (NTBs) accounts and overseeing (farming) a portfolio of Corporate Liability Group clients sourced by oneself.
- Originate CMS/Trade Processing/FX transactions from Cash Rich Corporate client organisations, mainly from Digital First Companies, local IT/ITES firms and MNC subsidiaries. Onboard these customers with a solutions-based approach, creating unique solutions wherever required.
- Team up with founders of well-funded start-ups, mainly online aggregators, e-commerce and fintech firms, to offer cash and trade solutions and onboard them.
- Establish Liquid Asset OR Cash, backed Lending (short credit assessment memo)
- Shape deep relationships with PE/VC funds and Incubators to offer cash and trade solutions to their investee companies. Extend these influencer relationships to renowned law firms & Chartered Accounts as well.
- Handle relationships with existing client organisations and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximize revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
- Collaborate with the several Product Sales Managers and the Implementation teams over all Banking products to deliver on these objectives.

Graduation: Any graduate
Post Graduation: Any post - graduate
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant background in corporate current account acquisition
