'• Recognise new market chances and proactively work towards customer acquisition and lead generation through localized initiatives such as canopy activities, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and similar engagement efforts.
• Service leads generated through front-line sales, cross-sell initiatives, or other internal/external channels, securing timely and effective follow-ups.
• Deliver on individual performance targets related to income generation, product sales, and onboarding of new customers, as per the agreed objectives.
• Handle the end-to-end customer journey from login to disbursement, among them documentation, counselling, fulfilment, and continuous handholding throughout the sanction and disbursal process.
• Guarantee customers do not turn into non-starters, covering proactive support to collections teams in recovering EMIs in case of payment defaults.
• Shape solid market relationships by actively engaging with local builders, business communities, and exploring new channel partners to expand outreach and visibility.
'• Produce exceptional client organisation service and concentrate on customer retention by establishing and nurturing sound relationships, thereby supporting product sales and driving new customer acquisition.
