About the Post

We are hiring an Associate CAD Manager – BBG (D) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This position is in charge of running day-to-day transactions related to Retail Banking products, such as onboarding, limit setup, disbursement, and MIS reporting. The jobseeker will ensure error-free processing in compliance with organizational policies and procedures, while also supporting data analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Main Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Handle the onboarding process for Retail Banking products.
Handle limit setup and disbursement activities with accuracy and within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Keep up and update several MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement.
Secure all processes are executed with zero error and in compliance with internal policies.
Possess a thorough understanding of retail banking processes and systems.
Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting.
Present data perspectives to senior management and external parties using MS Office tools.

Secondary Responsibilities

Collaborate with vendors covering legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Prepare presentations for internal reviews and support data analysis for projects.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant track record in retail asset operations or related functions.

Capabilities and Attributes

Robust understanding of retail banking operations and systems.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
First-rate analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
Effective written and verbal communication competencies.
