Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities•Leverage company’s productivity app to enhance employee productivity by building innovative features for sales teams across BFL•Serve as a product owner and work with IT to deliver a quality product as per qualifications of different business verticals•Engage with a variety of stakeholders- business teams, technical group to determine business qualifications and technical considerations•Translate product strategy into detailed qualifications and review/write user stories•Partner with IT group to make sure on time delivery of features in the app•Liaise with stakeholders across verticals in BFL for driving usage and adoption of Salesone app•Guide group member/s to deliver quality outputExperience / Capabilities Required•Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles. Applicants with MBA will be preferred•6-8 years of related product management experience in a technology company or financial services company •Knowledge of Finance/Fintech, NBFC/lending, B2C Platform is an advantage•Great presentation capabilities and experience with MS tools i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point ,etc.•Should have outstanding communication capabilities•Outstanding Interpersonal capabilities•Ability to work with data to cull-out insights & stretch when required•High on motivation & a self-starterExperience / Capabilities Desired•Basic understanding of UX design•Experience writing documentation of functional qualifications for getting them developed from IT
