Duties and Responsibilities
1)Oversee FOS:Recruit, train and motivate the teamManage channel relationshipsDrive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targetsManage the sales processEnsure process rigour and controllership2) Make sure smooth service delivery to channel partnersManage the FOS productivityReconciliation of dealer payments
Required Qualifications and Experience
?Should be a MBA with 2 to 3years of experience or graduate with minimum 4 yrs of experience?Prior exposure to sales role is highly desirable?Good communication and interpersonal capabilities?Good relationship management capabilities?Proficient in MS ?
