Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners/open market sourcing.Build, retain and sustain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to generate business.Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk group to streamline the loan approval process and enhance client experience.Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concernsStay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to deliver informed advice to clientsConduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to make sure satisfaction and encourage referrals.Collaborate with Collection group to improve recovery process.Make sure compliance with company policies and regulations.
