Principal Accountabilities
- Supervise and handle all operational activities at the branch.
- Create solid & positive relationships with strategic customers
- Create and implement strategic plans for machinery loan and medical equipment financing products.Evaluate the creditworthiness of client organisations, reviewing financial statements, and credit reports to make lending decisions.
- Implementation of the decisions taken by the management.Guaranteeing timely banking of cash / cheque on daily basis and timely submission of Fund Flow Statement
- Secure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Structure loan deals that meet the specific needs of client organisations, guaranteeing they align with the NBFC's risk appetite and profitability goals.
Qualification, Experience Competencies
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
- Minimum 4–5-year track record in Tele - Sales (Preferably lending products).
- Background in leading a team
- Outstanding communication abilities (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
- First-rate organizational and leadership capabilities with a problem-solving ability
