SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) | |
The Architect – Finishing – Site is responsible for the on-site implementation, supervision, and quality assurance of all architectural finishing elements of a project. The role ensures that all interior and exterior finishing works are executed in line with the approved architectural drawings, design intent, material specifications, and quality benchmarks. The incumbent acts as a critical link between the design team and execution team, supporting mock-up reviews, resolving detailing challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of all architectural finishes. | |
