Principal Accountabilities

  1. Managing Inbound & Outbound campaigns for Call Centre.
  2. Achieving feed targets and managing campaign waterfall metrics.
  3. Liaising with marketing, product and campaign teams to execute campaigns.
  4. Monitoring & measuring conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics.
  5. Managing dialer and occupancy metrics.
  6. Increasing conversion efficiency on existing database.
  7. Implementing promotional plans & contests.
  8. Ensuring loan processing from initial inquiry to disbursement.
  9. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  10. Maintaining records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  11. Reporting on sales performance and lead generation.
  12. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  13. Conducting due diligence on prospective clients.
  14. Collecting and submitting accurate documentation for each loan application.
  15. Collaborating with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
  16. Coordinating with Marketing for promotional campaign execution.

Qualification, Experience Skills
