Core Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Keep up and balance cash drawers, guaranteeing accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and successfully.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Secondary Responsibilities

Collaborate with branch team members to meet branch goals and service standards.
Sustain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Support branch operations during peak hours.

Experience

0–4 years of exposure to customer service or cash handling roles.
Prior track record in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
