Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our customers solve their involved business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several client organisations, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with customers
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help pinpoint and research prospects on new/existing customers 
• Continue to create internal relationships and your PwC brand

Looking for

IT strategy/ Consulting position - (Payment Architect) - Sr Consultant

Responsibilities

1. Lead multi-layered transformation projects from strategy and design to delivery phase
2. Actively participate in cross-functional, cross -discipline architecture teams to enhance/setarchitectural direction for main business initiatives
3. Handle trade-offs to speed to market, quality and business/financial impacts
4. Technical leadership spanning a broad scale of tools, technologies, testing methodologies andarchitecture models
5. Efficiently communicate designs/ solutions in multiple forums and to a range of audiences among them CXOs of banks and financial service
6.  Build and lead proposals/RFPs in collaboration with network firms

Required Competencies (must have)

1) At least 5 -7 years of track record in payments and technology architecture
2) Governance and oversight projects/processes for overseeing alignment of change to strategic goals
3) Problem solving competencies and track record in handling intricate transformation projects
4) Broad based know-how and track record in P2P/B2B/B2C/G2P payments applications, channels, Message specs such as  ISO 20022, ISO 8583 etc., Middleware/integration, databases and servers/san storages

5) Solid know-how on cloud and on-prem infrastructure, data and payments security (PCI DSS/PA DSS compliance)

Desired Abilities

1. Proactive leadership capabilities
2. Should be able to drive and lead design and implementation projects
3. Should have at least 1 -2 years of International background in handling/handling paymentstransformation projects
4. Industry best practices in architectural methodologies and standards ( eg: TOGAF, Zachmann, Rational Unified Process etc..)

Preferred Experience

5 - 10 years (primarily in IT consulting)

Preferred Certification

At least one of the below:
TOGAF
PMP
CSM 

ITIL (Master/ intermediate)

AWS certified solution Architect

Target Companies

Big 4 firms, TCS, DXC, Accenture, IBM
