Position purpose
Deliver an independent and objective view on compliance with regulatory qualifications. Execute quality checks of indent responses before submission to regulators or internal audits.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory and Audit Compliance
Make sure all risk-related regulatory and audit qualifications are documented.
Track open audit and compliance observations until closure.
Review and challenge risk mitigation plans with function heads.
Align departments towards an audit readiness approach.
Control Environment Strengthening
Collaborate with function heads to strengthen the control environment.
Make sure risks are mitigated, and residual risks are tracked and managed.
Policy and Regulatory Review
Review internal policy qualifications and new regulations.
Examine regulatory inspection reports and internal audit reports.
Evaluate compliance testing reports and risk-related action points.
Education:
Graduation: BE/B Tech; Postgraduate: M Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Sc.
Certifications:
CA, CFA, CISA.
