Position purpose
The Corporate Dealer role in the Treasury Advisory Group is tasked with offering FX and Derivative products to defined clients of the Bank. The role focuses on revenue delivery, business growth, and adherence to Bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Objective
Reach budgeted revenue and volume targets for allocated clients.
Maximize revenue for the desk while overseeing non-allocated clients.
Increase Trade and FX wallet share of clients.
Grow derivative business within the assigned client set.
Establish plans to drive revenue growth and explore new business opportunities.
Relationship Management
Deliver direct coverage to clients at the operating level.
Build and leverage relationships to enhance business opportunities.
Oversee internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, credit risk officers, and operations teams.
Make sure error-free transaction fulfillment within defined TAT, adhering to Bank policies.
Hedge positions arising from covered transactions.
Capture all transactions in front office systems as per policy.
Make sure timely submission of treasury-related documents by clients.
Follow the Bank's Suitability and Appropriateness policy.
Risk Management and Risk Mitigation
Deliver risk management and mitigation strategies for corporate clients.
Oversee the Bank's credit and market risk when offering products.
Evaluate reputational and legal risks in line with the Bank's suitability and appropriateness policy.
Education:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Finance preferred.
Certifications:
Treasury product knowledge, regulatory compliance, risk management.
Key Competencies
Treasury product knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, relationship management, compliance orientation, client focus.

Internal teams, including Treasury and other functions.
