Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Premier Acquisition Manager to lead and drive sales for our CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the banking industry.
As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers for our CASA products. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and target high-value prospects, and your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
