JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a high-carrying out and customer-focused Elite Relationship Manager to handle and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) client organisations. This position involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions spanning liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products. The ideal applicant will have robust financial acumen, first-rate interpersonal capabilities, and a passion for producing exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shape and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets Guarantee high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement Educate client organisations about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and customer engagement events Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions Uphold detailed records of client organisation interactions and relationship history Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
