Kitchen Support Experts play an important job in support of several hotel functions. These associates may work spanning departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, employee dining room) to support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and sustaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashing machines, hand wash stations), or transporting dishware over the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; sustain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Create and keep up positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Guarantee adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, covering bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
