Duties and Responsibilities
• An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management capabilities with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
• Initiating and building relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
• A good group leader to handle the group and reach the set target.
• Oversee Multiple locations – And make sure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business.
• Oversee channel relationships
• Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
• Oversee the sales process
• Make sure process rigor and controllership
• Make sure smooth service delivery to channels.
Oversee the FOS productivity
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA – Finance/ Mktg
• With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
• Outstanding communication capabilities.
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
