Position purpose:
Tasked with sales closure through leads generated for all asset & liability products via Internal & External lead channels of the Bank.
Objective: Reach business targets and efficiency targets.
SEs must deliver defined daily productivity to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, aligning with key efficiency and hygiene parameters for the product.
Job Responsibilities:

Meet monthly/yearly business targets and sustain productivity benchmarks.
Make sure file pickup & sales closure.
Quality Management:
Understand client needs and sell the right product.
Make sure effective interaction/communication with clients.
Work on feedback from supervisors/training & quality managers regarding appointment quality and client communication.
Cross-sell different bank products as per client qualifications.
Adhere to processes for call management, lead management, database management, and client management.
Attend product, soft capabilities, process training programs, and refreshers.
Process Management:
Follow channel processes and guidelines.
Strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct and other compliances.
Sustain required system login.
Sustain business productivity.
Make sure adherence to management guidelines to minimize client complaints related to misinformation/misrepresentation.
Adhere to business performance in lead management, appointments fixed, business in hand, logins, disbursements, hygiene parameters (complaints), and sourcing mix.
