To derive insurance business from assigned TPD Indian Bank channel partners, build strong relationships with Indian Bank branches, provide pre- and post-sales support, lead the sales team, and achieve consistent business growth.

• Customer Complaints: Zero Indian Bank customer complaints
• Persistency: 80% Premium and 80% Policy Persistency
