Planning and Execution of New Store + Renovations
Open all stores as per latest MPM (Merchandising Presentation Manual) + NSO (New Store Opening) guidelines and the latest retail ID.
Design and execute the façade elevations.
Plan and order the mannequins, hangers, VM hardware and negative area.
Make sure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
Set-up the store and follow the timelines given by manager.
Make sure timely billing process.
Improve visual experience for the client.
Timely adaptations of Window and In-store Dockets
Push for MPM replication quality and elevations uniformity as per planned density through all the stores
Timely Planning and Executions.
Make sure all elements are within stipulated budget. Keep the cost tight and negotiate well with the vendor.
Make sure that the stores have put up the latest and right communications in all stores.
Drive Operational excellence in VM
Make sure visits as per calendar to the stores in line the RVM and RM.
Timely training at the model store to drill down MPM and Elevations to the front-end group – to be planned with the ABM.
Sustain all store visit reports, with before and after pics and/or training pics.
Keep the billing process tight and follow the process to the T.
Compilation of execution pics of the region
Monthly/Quarterly calendar and reports maintenance.
Update all store dockets in Q4
