Principal Accountabilities
- Supervise and run all operational activities at the branch.
- Develop robust & positive relationships with strategic customers
- Shape and implement strategic plans for machinery loan and medical equipment financing products.Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers, reviewing financial statements, and credit reports to make lending decisions.
- Implementation of the decisions taken by the management.Securing timely banking of cash / cheque on daily basis and timely submission of Fund Flow Statement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Structure loan deals that meet the specific needs of customers, securing they align with the NBFC's risk appetite and profitability goals.
Qualification, Experience Abilities
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
- Minimum 4–5-year background in Tele - Sales (Preferably lending products).
- Exposure to leading a team
- First-rate communication capabilities (verbal and written).
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership competencies with a problem-solving ability
